StyleAndPix — styleandpix.com Effective: 27 July 2026 (v1.1)

How and why we use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage/sessionStorage).

1. The short version

StyleAndPix uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: logging you in, keeping your cart, remembering your design drafts, and remembering preferences like currency and region. We set no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't share browsing data with ad networks. Because everything we store is required for features you've actively asked for (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive / Recital 66; UK PECR equivalent), EU/UK rules don't require a consent banner for it — we show a one-time notice instead, for transparency.

If that ever changes (for example, if we add analytics or advertising cookies), we will update this page first and ask for your consent via a consent banner before any such cookie is set.

2. Storage we set

Name	Type	Purpose	Duration
access_token / refresh_token	localStorage	Keeps you logged in to your account	Until you sign out
styleandpix_cart	localStorage	Holds the items in your shopping cart	Until cleared
sp_prefs	localStorage	Your currency, region and measurement-unit choices	Until cleared
styleandpix_variant_…	localStorage	Remembers the size/colour you last picked per product	Until cleared
styleandpix_design_…	localStorage	Drafts of designs you create in the editor	Until cleared
styleandpix_scroll_v2	sessionStorage	Restores your scroll position when navigating back	Browser tab session
sidebar:state	cookie	Remembers whether the sidebar is open or closed	7 days
sp_cookie_notice_ack	localStorage	Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice	Until cleared

3. Third-party cookies

We don't embed third-party trackers. Our payment provider (EveryPay) and print partner (Printful) only process data when you check out or place an order — they don't set cookies on this site while you browse. If you follow a link away from styleandpix.com (for example to a partner's own site), that site's own cookie practices apply, not this Policy.

4. Managing storage

You can clear or block this storage at any time through your browser's site-data settings (for example, Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Cookies and site data; Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data). Signing out removes your authentication tokens. Note that blocking storage will break logging in and the cart, since these entries are what makes those features work.

5. US visitors — "Do Not Sell or Share"

Because we set no advertising or cross-context tracking cookies, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or similar US state laws. There is accordingly no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out to action — there is nothing being sold or shared in the first place. See our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights.

6. Changes to this Policy

If we ever add storage that isn't strictly necessary (for example, analytics or advertising), we will update this page and ask for your consent first, via a consent banner. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
